This page describes the current EquipBridge AI prototype. It does not claim a completed security audit, certification or commercial service agreement.
Public website and demonstration
The company website, team information, published contact details and project guide are publicly accessible. The public demo starts with fictional equipment records. Changes in that demo stay in the current page’s memory and reset on refresh. Original file uploads are disabled in the public demo. Use fictional information there.
Your saved workspace
Signing in uses the hosting platform’s ChatGPT sign-in. The application receives an account identifier and display information. Saved ticket and knowledge requests are scoped to that account on the server. Public access to the website does not make another user’s saved records public. The current prototype does not provide a shared company tenant or manufacturer/distributor role administration.
What the application stores
- Ticket subject, distributor/team label, equipment model, serial number, manual revision, question, assigned person, draft responses, review history and resolution.
- Reviewed bilingual knowledge excerpts, document metadata and optional PDF/TXT source attachments.
- A language preference in browser storage. Saved business records use server storage, not browser local storage.
Retrieval and drafts
The current assistant matches reviewed excerpts to equipment model and revision. It is not connected to an external generative model. File text is not automatically extracted; searchable bilingual excerpts must be entered and checked by a person. Approval records a decision in the application. It does not send an email, certify equipment condition or control a machine.
Exports and requests
Signed-in users can export their own tickets and knowledge metadata in JSON from “Export my records”. Original files can be opened from the associated source record. For a question or a deletion request, contact caobuo218315@126.com. Identify the relevant account and request without emailing confidential manuals or passwords.
Before a customer pilot
Use only data and documents you are authorised to provide. Agree the data scope, hosting location, provider access, retention, backup and deletion process with the project team before using confidential customer information. Customer-wide sharing and operating controls remain part of the pilot readiness work.
